It's good to be back
The second part (or maybe the first?) offers the complete first part of the film, then during the rest (curiously, except for one brief scene, and the credits) offers complete blackness. It still doesn't offer what country we're in, but it gives us a bit more background, that the kid was taking his.. father? to an eye testing held at a remote town, and his father-figure fails, and he's whisked away! (then it goes black). When we do come back, the boy convinces the UN to stop at his town for the testing (so they won't have to go that far). Pretty sure that's what it was about.
Filmed and directed by Gunther Von Fritsch, Producd by Actua-Films, Geneva
